Why I’m doing this.

By Georgia Ellen was born while I was planning my own wedding, so I've quite literally been where you are.

I have a degree in engineering and a career in logistics, which means organisation, project management, and timelines aren't just things I do, they're how I'm wired. I've been known to build a spreadsheet or tool for every single element of my life, from holiday agendas to choosing a wifi provider.

But whilst I enjoyed designing warehouses and data analysis in my logistical Solution Design job, weddings have always pulled at me. The idea of helping couples create one of the most magical days of their lives, surrounded by the people they love, is the kind of work that lights me up.

For a long time I didn't have the confidence to take the leap. There was too much I didn't know, and I had no idea where to start. Then I started planning my own destination wedding in Tuscany. I noticed two things:

1. I genuinely thrived on the process: building tools, talking to suppliers, organising invites and timelines brought me so much joy.

2. Most other brides I spoke to were quietly miserable. Drowning in admin, resenting a season of life that should feel like the best one yet.

That's why I'm here. To shoulder the spreadsheets, the logistics, and the late-night supplier emails, so you can spend this chapter of your story actually enjoying it.

What you can expect from me.

Genuine care, on every wedding. No two couples are the same, and no two weddings should feel like they are. I'll get to know you, your story, and your vision, and I'll treat your wedding with the same care I'd give my own.

Organisation that's second nature. Years of project management and logistics mean things don't slip. Deadlines are met, suppliers are chased, details are tracked. I’ll do all this in the background, so you don't have to think about them.

Honest, calm communication. No upselling, no panic, no surprise charges. Just clear updates, real answers, and a steady hand whenever you need one.

A genuine eye for value. I love a clever bit of budget management almost as much as a beautiful tablescape. I'll always make sure you're getting the best from your suppliers, without compromising your vision.

Empathy from someone who's been there. I've planned my own wedding too, so I understand the overwhelm, the indecision, and exactly how loud Pinterest can get. You're not doing this on your own.

A few details about me.

• I grew up across six countries on three continents, which means I'm very at home in airports and have strong opinions about travel snacks.

• I'm a keen runner. I completed my first marathon this year and plan most of my best ideas mid-run. Always chasing a PB, from 5ks to longer trails.

• Sweet tooth and passionate baker. The current obsession is with my gelato maker. I’m hoping one day to turn this into an additional service I can provide at your wedding! Ice cream cart for the happy couple?

• Animal lover and occasional dog sitter, so if you'd like your furry friend in the day somewhere, I'm absolutely your girl.

• Theme parks, water parks, send me your recommendations for the next thrill! Once nearly died surfing in Nicaragua. (I survived. The board did not.)

• Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro at fifteen. Looked after 100 huskies in the Arctic Circle when the rest of the team got water poisoning. Resilience: built early.

• And, most relevantly, I'm getting married in Tuscany July 2026. So when I say I get it, I really mean it.
